Beyond incredible service here! My wife and I moved to Polk County and immediately found the same thing I’m sure everyone finds: honest, skilled craftsmen are almost non-existent. I was somehow fortunate enough to pick up the phone and call El Primo to see if they would take on the project. Boy did they ever. My house is 70 years old and fought Hanlex every step of the way. He never complained, he never gave up, he always showed up when he said he would and did so with a smile. Every day. For 3 weeks. I can’t tell you how rare this is. People just aren’t like that anymore, but Hanlex is. If you have a project and are lucky enough to have El Primo put in a bid: go with them. They are competitively priced, and no one can even come close to them in service. From this point forward: El Primo is who I call first for any home renovation projects I do in the future:)

This company is the best. I hired them to do work for a condo association. They are reasonable on all prices. Everyone from office workers to workers on-site are friendly and if they have questions they reach out. I hire them when I can as the V.P. because I know the job will be done right and to our needs. I highly recommend El Primo Construction LLC for all my needs. Most important is if they can not do something they can get someone for it, but that is few and far between in my opinion. If you want it done right the first time I recommend you hire them.

Excellent service and very professional, this is my second time using El Primo and they lived up to my expectations. The work was done on time and they were very helpful in choosing designs and materials. Very patient which made the process smooth and stress free. I will recommend them to anyone looking for a true professional. Also they clean up every day which makes living through construction bearable.

Hanlex did a wonderful job on my floors! He took my plank tiles and designed them beautifully to flow throughout the house. A huge change from the dated brown tile to modernize my home. Thank you!
